Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery for all items in original, unworn condition with tags attached. Please note that all returns must be processed through our official portal to ensure valid tracking and timely refunds.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Ensure all garments are folded neatly in their original luxury packaging and placed inside a secure shipping box to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Dispatch

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to the outside of your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  Once received at our warehouse, our team will inspect the items within 5-7 business days before issuing a refund to your original payment method.
